CATERERS FOIL
Castaway caterers foil is strong, versatile and economical, providing a high resistance to tearing. As foil is required for many applications three grades of foil are available:

Heavy Duty
Provides a stronger foil for more commercial applications
Extra Heavy Duty
Is the thickest of the grades and is ideal for applications where strength and thickness are key e.g. covering large baking dishes.

Ideal for fat free cooking, is heat resistant to 230 degrees Celsius and can be used in both conventional and microwave ovens.
